Terms Of Service

Location: Serving South Chicago and surrounding areas


1. Scope of Services

We provide residential and commercial landscaping services including (but not limited to):

Lawn mowing and maintenance

Seasonal cleanups

Trimming, edging, and mulching

Landscape design and installation

Your service may be customized based on your needs, and any additional services will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.


2. Scheduling & Access

We’ll work with you to set a regular service day and time. Please ensure we have clear access to your property on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and clearing pet waste if necessary.

If we’re unable to access the property or must delay work due to blocked access, a rescheduling fee may apply.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and digital payments.

One-time services: Payment due at time of service

Recurring services: Invoiced weekly or monthly

Late payments: A $15 late fee may apply after 7 days past due

Failure to pay within 30 days may result in service suspension and possible collection efforts.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen issues, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled at your convenience.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your yard. If you’re not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right—at no additional cost.


6. Damage & Liability

We take care around your property. However, we are not liable for:

Damage to unsecured items left in the yard (toys, hoses, furniture)

Pre-existing damage or wear to lawns, plants, or surfaces

Damage caused by hidden objects (rocks, wires, sprinkler heads)

Please inform us of any delicate areas or items before service begins.


7. Weather Policy

Safety comes first. Services may be postponed due to heavy rain, lightning, snow, or other hazardous conditions. We will notify you and reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity.


8. Pets & Property

We ask that you secure pets indoors during service times. We are not responsible for lost or injured pets if left unsupervised in the yard during service.


9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 7 days' written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before services end.
